December 8, 1971 saw a double main event championship card featuring a North American Championship match between champion "Handsome" Johnny Barend and challenger Sweet Daddy Siki. The second main event was a Hawaiian Championship match between champion Ed Francis and challenger Mad Dog Mayne. Unfortunately, pictures from the NA championship match are unavailable.

Other matches on the card included a tag team match between Sam Steamboat and Jimmy Snuka against Professor Tanaka and Bob Ramstad. Single matches saw Peter Maivia going against Bob Ramstad, Hahn Lee battling Professor Tanaka, and Odd Job Tosh Togo tussling with Duncan MacTavish.

Gene Kiniski and Dutch Savage were originally booked (see ad) to face Steamboat and Snuka but they were not able to make it to Hawaii in time so Professor Tanaka and Bob Ramstad filled in for them.

The night's second match was between local favorite Peter Maivia and Bob Ramstad.
